The Historic Albany Riverfront District welcomes its newest office building in an historic setting. Montgomery Park Office Building is the commercial/retail office component of the Iron Works Project. The historic Iron Works site consists of the Foundry Lofts Apartments, the Riverview Townhomes and the Montgomery Park Office Building. The twelve unit Foundry Lofts Apartment complex for urban professionals has fully accessible units and two live-work units. Also located on the site are seven Riverview Townhomes. These single family attached townhouses on Water Avenue with an average size of 1,700 sq. ft. of living space and an unobstructed view of the Willamette River provide the ideal place for those who want to work and live downtown.
